Welcome to the Third Grade webpage. We complete six Reading Themes throughout the year. Every story within a Theme has a weekly skill that is taught throughout the story.
Here are the Themes and skills for 3rd grade so that you can begin practicing at home or preread a story!

We will also be preparing for the PSSA in the early spring. In order to be ready to tackle the mathematics on this test, we will be studying Geometry, Trigonometry, and, of course, MULTIPLICATION!! Any help you could give at home would be greatly appreciated as we strive to reach our goals and have a great year on the way!!
