GRADING POLICY

Kindergarten and First Grade Reports will reflect student achievement, progress and effort.  These reports will record the amount of growth and change in the child over the school year.

For Grades 2 through 6, report cards shall be recorded using the following percentages:

93-100%          Excellent

86-92%            Above Average

77-85%            Average

70-76%            Passing

40-69%            Failing

Please note that your child’s work will not be displayed in percentages but in number points received.  (Example – 14/18)  Handwriting will not be a separate subject but will be marked for readability of written work.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.  We will be glad to speak with you.
